The ATLFavs Daily Gift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Marketing AX LLC d/b/a ATLFavs, Atlanta, Georgia ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google, or any featured venue. Featured venues are not sponsors of the Giveaway unless expressly stated.
Open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, the featured venue on the day its gift card is offered, and immediate family or household members of any of the above are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway runs from November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time through November 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and consists of thirty (30) daily prize periods (each a "Daily Period"), one per calendar day of November 2026 (each a "Prize Date"). Each Daily Period closes at 6:00 PM ET on its Prize Date. The first Daily Period begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET; each later Daily Period begins at 6:00 PM ET on the prior day. Entries received after a Daily Period closes count toward the next Daily Period. Entries received after 6:00 PM ET on November 30, 2026 are void.
Enter free at atlfavs.com/giveaway.html by submitting the entry form (first name, email address, and, optionally, mobile phone number) and confirming eligibility. Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Period. Entries do not carry over between Daily Periods; you may re-enter each day. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. Providing a phone number or consenting to marketing emails or text messages is NOT required to enter or win and does not affect your odds.
One (1) potential winner per Daily Period is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received in that Daily Period, conducted after the Daily Period closes. Odds of winning a given daily prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in that Daily Period. Winners are announced by approximately 9:00 PM ET on the Prize Date at atlfavs.com/giveaway-winners.html.
Each daily prize is one (1) gift card to that day's featured Atlanta-area venue, approximate retail value twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Thirty (30) daily prizes total; total approximate retail value of all prizes is $750.00. Gift cards are subject to the issuing venue's terms and conditions. No cash substitution or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's sole responsibility.
The daily winner is announced by first name and last initial on the winners page and notified using the email address (and phone number, if provided) submitted at entry. A winner must respond to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the prize is forfeited, and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner or roll the prize into a later drawing. Prizes are delivered digitally or picked up in person at the featured venue, as coordinated with the winner.
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, neighborhood or city, any redemption photo the winner agrees to, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Information submitted at entry is collected by Sponsor and handled per the ATLFavs Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive giveaway administration messages (entry confirmation and winner notification) at the contact details you provide. Marketing email and marketing text messages are separate optional opt-ins on the entry form and are not a condition of entry or winning.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and each featured venue from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
